Have a Heart Foundation is an NGO primarily based in Ludhiana. It is registered under the society’s Registration Act of 1860 as amended by the Punjab Amendment Act of 1957.
Our volunteers are working actively and relentlessly to provide healthcare facilities to heart patients from the lowest strata of the socio-economic pyramid, especially children. Our vision is to help families who are indigent or needy and can’t meet the financial requirements for heart surgeries and other ailments of their children.
Established in January 2013, we have successfully helped 306 young ailing heart patients in their surgeries and the number continues to grow. We intend to increase this number in leaps and bounds irrespective of caste, creed, or religion.
The Heart Surgeries are being performed in top-ranked hospitals such as DMC Hero Heart Hospital, Ludhiana; SPS Hospital, Ludhiana; CMC Hospital, Ludhiana; Narayana Vaishno Devi Speciality Hospital Pvt. Ltd, Katra, J & K; Narayana Super-speciality Hospital, Gurugram; Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore and Artemis Hospital, Gurugram.
We aim to help the unprivileged children suffering from severe heart ailments and gift them a bright and healthy future. The entire expense of the surgeries is borne by the foundation funded by various donors from all cadres of society.
It is not in a single person’s capacity to help all the needy. Our motivation is fuelled by our benefactors who help in various ways, if not through cash, then through their vision, ideas and voluntary services.
This is only an endeavour to contribute to the society in the smallest possible manner and your co-operation in this regards is solicited.
All donations/contributions are tax exempted under 80 G and Company Social Responsibility (CSR) and are solely utilized for the surgeries of ailing children.
