Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Donations made are non-refundable.
- For any physical merchandise (if applicable), returns and exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
- The request for return or exchange is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Process for Returns and Exchanges
- Initiate a Request: Contact us via email at hahl@haveaheartldh.org with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request.” Please include the order details and the reason for the request.
- Verification: Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers may be required to ship the product back to our designated address. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Exchange or Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process an exchange or refund (if applicable) within 7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

- Products without their original packaging or labels.
